Galvanised Driveway Grates Introduction
Catwalk Steel Grating is also called steel grid plate, grid plate
is made of flat steel in accordance with a certain distance and
cross bar arrangement, and welded into a kind of steel products
with square grid in the middle, mainly used to do the trench cover
grid plate is generally made of carbon steel, hot dip galvanized

Catwalk Steel Grating Application
It is widely used in the fields of platform, walkway, trestle,
trench cover, manhole cover, ladder, fence and so on, such as
petroleum chemical industry, electric power, tap water, sewage
treatment, port and wharf, building decoration, shipbuilding,
self-propelled parking lot, municipal engineering, sanitation
engineering.
The method of welding fixation is:
the fillet welding with the length of the weld not less than 20mm
and the height not less than 3mm on the first flat steel at each
corner of the steel grid plate.
When ordering mounting clips, please specify the type, quantity and
material required.
The installation can be fixed by welding and clamping.
Welding fixation is suitable for permanent parts that do not need
to be disassembled, such as the platform around the equipment, and
the installation clip has the characteristics of not destroying the
zinc layer and convenient disassembly.
Mounting clamps are suitable for all series of steel grates, which
are composed of upper clamps, lower clamps and M8 bolts.
The method of fixing the installation clip is: each plate adopts at
least four sets of installation clip, and it is best to install
several more supports on the larger plate span.
Stainless steel mounting clips are available to meet customer
requirements.
Package delivery:
Delivery when will we have a professional inspectors to check the
quality of the product is unqualified, such as qualified will paste
the qualified product certificate, and then fixed by shipping
packaging, packaging with the steel plate on the metal tray, and
then fixed with metal packing tape, finally wrapped by plastic film
packaging, general each pallet packing 1-2 tons of cargo, in order
to convenient for unloading and storage after the arrival of the
goods. The unqualified products will be recalled by our quality
inspector.
