Steel Grate Stair Treads Introduction
A brief introduction to hot dip galvanized steel grid:
Hot dip galvanized steel grid is generally made of carbon steel,
hot dip galvanized surface, can play a role in preventing
oxidation.
Because the anticorrosion performance of spray painted steel grid
plate is far inferior to hot dip galvanized steel grid plate, and
the cost of stainless steel grid plate is too high, usually most of
the hot dip galvanized steel grid plate.
Hot dip galvanized steel grid plate is welded at each intersection
of the bearing flat steel and the cross bar, and the steel grid
plate is fixed by pressure resistance welding, which is called
pressure welded steel grid plate.
Twisted square steel (twist steel) is usually used for cross bars
of pressure welded steel grates.
