Grille plate, also known as steel grille, is welded flat steel and
twisted steel, durable, more affordable than other products, it is
a kind of bearing flat steel and cross bar in accordance with a
certain distance orthogonal combination, through welding or
pressure lock to be fixed opening plate steel components.According
to the different production methods, it is mainly divided into
pressure welding grid plate and pressure lock grid plate.
1. Hot dip galvanized steel grille: it is through the physical
reverse so that the inserted grille plate is coated with zinc
layer, with beautiful products, acid resistance, alkali resistance,

2. Electric galvanized steel grille: it is made by chemical

moderate price, color can be optional and other characteristics.
4. Don't handle steel grille plate: cheap price, suitable for
indoor and dry environment, but in wet and rainy environment is
easy to rust.

It is mainly used in power plant platform, sewage treatment plant,
maintenance platform, parking platform, ditch cover and step plate,
etc.It is mainly divided into power plant steel grid platform,

Production Process:
Pressure welding steel grid plate is made of load flat steel and
cross bar according to a certain distance by adopting 200 tons of
hydraulic resistance welding automation equipment welding into the
original plate, after cutting, opening, wrapping and other
processes and products customer requirements.
Load flat steel spacing: the center distance between two adjacent
load flat steel, commonly used 30MM, 40MM and 60MM three.
Rod spacing: the center spacing of two adjacent bars is usually
50MM, 100MM, two kinds
Installation Method:
In order to prevent the risk of falling, the installation of the
steel grid plate should be fixed by welding as far as possible.
The steel grid plate shall be installed in accordance with the
steel structure plate. After installation, it shall not be moved
laterally or separated from the supporting frame. The supporting
length at both ends of the steel grid plate bearing the flat steel
direction on the supporting frame shall not be less than 25 mm for
each section.
Platform steel grille plates that require removable and detachable
are secured by the mounting fixture of the steel grille plates.

In addition to the installation clip made of stainless steel
material, the installation clip made of carbon steel is treated by
