Steel Grate Stair Treads Introduction
Stair step board is made of steel grid plate processing (steel grid
is made of flat steel in accordance with a certain spacing and
cross bar arrangement, and welded into a square grid in the middle
of a steel product).
The surface of the product is generally treated with hot dip
galvanizing and electric galvanizing.
The type of stair step board:
(1) According to the installation of the stair steel grid plate, it
is divided into the welded fixed ladder pedal and the bolt fixed
ladder pedal.
The welded and fixed ladder pedal is the steel grid plate, and the
bolted ladder pedal needs to add 65X5mm flat steel to the steel
grid plate as the side plate.
(2) according to the anti-skid requirements of the stair steel grid
plate, it can be divided into two kinds: the ladder pedal with
front guard plate (pattern plate or bar steel) and the ladder pedal
without front guard plate.
T325/30/100(For step width greater than 215mm but not greater than
305mm) For safety reasons, it is recommended that the customer use
the step with front guard.

Steel Grate Stair Treads Application
1, can be added in the peripheral welding kick plate (side plate),
decorative plate guard plate, installation connector and other
accessories.
2. Flat steel with different specifications of flat steel is used
to wrap the edge, or Angle steel, channel steel, square pipe and so
on.
3. Handles and hinges can be installed on the platform steel grid
plate that needs to be moved or opened frequently.
4, the edge of the welding standard: series 1 every five welding;
Series 2, one for every four welds;
Series 3 welds one per three.
The weld shall be a single fillet welding of not less than 3mm, and
the weld length shall be 20mm.
